Job Summary
Entry-level ABA Therapist role providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and skill-building. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors. Services occur in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time. Training is provided to obtain the required 40-hour RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
