Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school settings. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success while maintaining a safe and positive environment during sessions. Full-time roles offer 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, while part-time options are available. Pay ranges from $21 to $29 per hour. Candidates must hold or obtain RBT certification and pass a background check. High school diploma required; previous ABA experience is a plus.
