Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address individual client needs, focusing on communication, social, and adaptive skills. Collect and record client progress data using various tools and software while collaborating with BCBA team members to develop and modify treatment plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment and communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $19-24 and includes a comprehensive professional development program within Hidden Talents ABA's collaborative team in Texas.
