Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Accurately record session data using electronic devices and collaborate with a robust clinical team to execute skill-building and care plans. Part-time C: opportunities include paid training, internship pathways, and flexibility to choose cases with no minimum case load. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and must hold or attain RBT certification before working; strong patience and compassion are essential for supporting children with autism. Expect a six-month commitment and opportunities for professional advancement within the ABA field.
