Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, accurately recording session data with electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients while engaging families. This role supports flexibility with part-time scheduling, offers paid training, and opportunities to accumulate supervised hours, with responsibilities including direct implementation of interventions and collaboration with families and the clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
