Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Work as part of our clinical team to directly implement skill-building and care plans, and accurately record session data using electronic devices. Roles are in clients' homes or community-based locations with part-time hours; paid training is provided and opportunities for internship hours exist. Great fit for those with experience in education, childcare, or related roles, and those pursuing BCBA schooling programs. Applicants should be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference for children with Autism; RBT certification is required prior to working, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged. Referral bonuses are available and there is flexibility to choose cases.
