Job Summary
Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking skilled RBTs and/or BCATs to provide ABA therapy. This role involves managing a caseload, delivering behavioral services, responding to crises, and participating in ongoing evaluations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a valid certification.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field
- Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing)
- Basic knowledge of BACB guidelines
- Basic knowledge of Government and Commercial payer guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor
- Knowledge of acceptable social, work, and interpersonal behavior
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and/or other developmental and intellectual disabilities
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related Human Service field
