Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data, collaborate with families, and function as a key member of the clinical team to support independence and positive behavior. No minimum case requirement; opportunities for internship and fellowship to accumulate hours; paid training available. This role is ideal for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent who is eager to learn and grow in the ABA field, with RBT certification required before working and the chance to contribute to children with Autism on a part-time basis.
