Job Summary
Assistant RBT Trainer to mentor and train new RBTs in ABA. Lead in-person training sessions, deliver feedback, help guide trainees through the established curriculum, and continue to provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients. Collaborate with Lead RBT Trainer and Training Director to ensure high-quality instruction, collect and maintain behavior and skill acquisition data, document sessions within 1 business day, and ensure HIPAA-compliant communications. Supports families, BCBAs, and other providers to foster holistic client care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification
- Reliable transportation to and from sessions
- Ability to implement treatment plans as outlined by a BCBA
- Comfortable with physical activity (may include sitting on the floor, kneeling, standing, or lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Minimum of 1 year of field experience as an RBT
- Recommendation from the BCBA(s) on current cases
