Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment while following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. Track and report on client progress through session notes and maintain a consistent, positive presence in your client's day. Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations as part of your daily duties. Earn competitive pay between $22.00 and $28.00 per hour with part-time afternoon hours available, though full-time opportunities exist. Blossom ABA Therapy offers a BCBA Fellowship Program and dedicated clinical support to help you grow into leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification from the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Genuine passion for working with kids
