Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans as a direct member of the clinical team while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Foster positive learning environments and maintain open communication with families. Provide these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a part-time role requiring a 6-month commitment. RBT certification is required prior to working, with paid training offered for those without prior experience.

- RBT certification

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
