Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions and support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. Candidates must hold an active RBT credential, possess CPR/First Aid certification, and pass a background check. Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities
- Some college coursework
