Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children and young adults with autism in home and school settings; implement and monitor behavior plans, support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, document interventions and progress, collect data, and communicate with supervision teams. RBT credential (or pursuing) is required; BAYADA will fund training and provide extensive supervision. Part-time, flexible scheduling with shifts mornings, afternoons, and weekends; roles may be based at an autism center, in schools, or in field/home visits. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, scholarships, and weekly pay; experience with developmental disabilities and CPR/FA is preferred.
