RBT Academy - Registered Behavioral Technician

Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with children and young adults diagnosed with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures per established treatment plans while collecting behavior data and documenting progress. Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families, monitor client health status, and provide transportation or interpersonal skills training as directed by the Behavioral Services Manager. Review data reports to strategize program improvements and maintain CPR/FA certification. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling with early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.
