Job Summary
Conduct in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder under BCBA supervision. Implement therapy programs designed by supervisors to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect progress data using the company's system and collaborate with families to ensure consistent plan implementation. Maintain a part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed. We offer immediate openings statewide, tuition reimbursement for BCBA certification, and a supportive team environment focused on high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma
- Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course
- Consistent, reliable transportation
- Have a driver's license
- Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Pass a criminal background check
- Be available for weekends as needed
