Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in homes (1:1 BT/RBT), collecting data on treatment goals during sessions and collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; training provided and mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Requires a high school diploma and reliable transportation; after-school and weekend availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
