Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings under supervision, collecting data on treatment goals, and collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans. Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates and receive ongoing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma ( college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus )
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
- Experience and passion for helping children and families
