Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols; collect and graph daily data, write objective session notes; receive ongoing supervision from BCBA/manager; communicate progress to BCBA, parents, and caregivers; adhere to HIPAA and company policies; participate in caregiver training as directed; flexible schedule with part-time commitment at High Point clinic; benefits include tuition assistance through Purdue Global and Capella University with GuidedPath scholarships; 19-22 USD hourly pay; EOE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- RBT certification in good standing required
- Knowledge of ABA, human behavior, and performance
- Knowledge of industry terminology
