Job Summary
Design smart glove hardware products, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for main control boards, sensor boards, and functional boards. Develop and debug interface circuits for cameras, IMUs, Wi-Fi, USB, SPI, UART, I2C, and MIPI. Conduct hardware debugging, functional verification, and issue localization using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. Collaborate with embedded software engineers for board-level driver debugging, hardware bring-up, and system integration. Maintain BOMs, write technical documentation, and support product prototyping, small-batch production, and mass production issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 电子、通信、自动化、计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历
- 1至5年硬件开发经验
- 有完整PCB项目开发经验
- 熟练掌握原理图设计和PCB Layout
- 能够独立完成多层PCB设计
- 熟悉常见数字电路、电源电路、接口电路及电平转换电路设计
- 熟悉SPI、UART、I2C、USB等常用通信接口
- 有MIPI、Camera或高速信号设计经验
- 熟练使用Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS等至少一种硬件设计工具
- 具备较强的硬件调试能力
- 能够熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表等设备
- 能够独立完成电源、时钟、复位、通信异常、信号完整性等问题的排查和定位
- 具备良好的动手能力
- 能够完成焊接、飞线、器件更换及样板改板
- 具备较强的问题分析能力
- 具备责任心
- 具备团队协作能力
Desired Qualifications
- 有智能穿戴、机器人、数据采集设备或智能手套项目经验
- 有摄像头模组、IMU传感器、Wi-Fi模组或嵌入式Linux硬件开发经验
- 熟悉ARM、MCU或SoC平台，如Rockchip、STM32、HC32等
- 有四层及以上PCB、高速接口、EMC或小型化产品设计经验
- 有产品从原型设计、EVT/DVT到小批量生产的完整经验
