Job Summary
Welcome and engage clients proactively as they enter an RBC location, actively listening to uncover the reason for their visit and taking ownership of client needs. Resolve concerns at first point of contact by assisting clients to fulfill immediate everyday banking needs using RBC's digital platforms while respecting client preferences. Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, providing appropriate simple advice, solutions, and service for opening accounts, pre-approved credit solutions, and authorized non-registered term investments. Introduce RBC Partners to fulfil more complex client needs and manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests in every interaction. Work flex hours in a collaborative team to deliver trusted advice.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for hosting an exceptional client experience
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence and empathetic communication skills
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
