Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable to minimize bad debt while ensuring homeowner satisfaction and maintaining the lowest AR levels. Enter payments from homeowners and labor payments to partners, then make decisions on collections and work with managers on escalated cases involving final demand letters and property liens. Audit and investigate discrepancies in payments, refunds, financing, and business adjustments. Administer access to third-party finance lender portals and payment portals, while maintaining and reviewing key performance indicators. Support process change implementation and assist in other business areas as directed. Work Saturdays once monthly as needed, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of two remote and three office days after training completion.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year Accounting/Finance experience
- Advanced phone etiquette including qualified talk tracks involved in escalated collection calls with homeowners
- Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment
- Strong verbal and writing skills

- Required to work Saturdays once a month as needed
