Job Summary
RB211 Gas Turbine Training Officer responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programmes focused on RB211 gas turbine systems. Role includes classroom and hands-on training in workshop and field environments, competency assessments, course development and maintenance of training materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, acting as a subject matter expert to support operations and maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvements in training effectiveness and engagement. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex technical information, and readiness for occasional travel to client sites; offshore/oil & gas experience and familiarity with competency management systems are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of RB211 gas turbine systems
- Experience in turbine maintenance, overhaul, or field service
- Previous experience delivering or supporting technical training
- Relevant engineering qualification (e.g. HNC/HND or equivalent experience)
