Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for new residents within state-mandated time frames and develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with SMART goals reflecting resident voices. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or Trauma-Informed Care while offering real-time intervention and de-escalation for acute distress. Maintain precise clinical documentation in the EHR according to state regulations and Joint Commission standards, ensuring all records support Medical Necessity for insurance utilization reviews. Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings, provide clinical consultation to Behavioral Health Technicians, and coordinate with external providers to ensure seamless continuum of care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related)
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
Desired Qualifications
- Residential experience
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of practice
- Associate licensed Master's-level candidates considered with residential experience and eligibility to obtain clinical licensure within one year of hire
