Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations during each shift as Razzoos Front of House Manager, ensuring high standards of food, service, hospitality, cleanliness, health and safety, and compliance with Razzo’s policies and applicable laws. Responsible for implementing initiatives (new menu rollouts, training programs, promotions), holding staff accountable, maintaining staffing levels, achieving profit objectives, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost control. Manage closing duties, ensure proper cash handling and POS operations, and uphold guest service standards and ambience. Requires licensing certifications (ABC and Manager Food Handlers) and strong leadership, communication, and operational skills to supervise team, training, and daily performance across the Concord, NC location.
