Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and staff areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming restaurant floors. Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and remove debris from sidewalks, parking lots, landscapes, and back docks. Replace interior and exterior light bulbs using ladders and safety procedures while following chemical handling protocols. Conduct scheduled checks of restrooms, landscaping, windows, and entryways to ensure safety. Notify management of major repair needs, unsafe conditions, or building system issues. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations. This role supports M Crowd Restaurant Group's commitment to guest satisfaction and safety across its diverse portfolio of locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. or more
- Climb ladder when reaching for items that are on upper shelves
- Exposure to varying temperatures, hot (kitchen) and cold (walk ins)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures
