Raw Materials Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily raw materials warehouse operations (receiving, storage, internal distribution); ensure material availability aligns with purchasing and production plans. Lead, develop, and assess warehouse teams; conduct performance interviews. Maintain accuracy and integrity of stock records and SAP postings; monitor stock movements. Track warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in material flow, layout, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting rules, and legal requirements, and uphold EHS, Quality, and Environmental standards. Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to optimize operations and support company goals.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in logistics, engineering, or economics
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
- Strong attention to details
- Good proficiency with MS Office products
- Experience on ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to respond positively and proactively to change
