Job Summary
Primary responsibilities include practicing safety, following instructions, and performing quality work according to project specifications. The role requires safe use of tools, teamwork, termination up to 1500V, and installation of underground cabling and conduits. Candidates must have experience working with electrical systems, be able to mentor helpers, and comply with stringent safety requirements. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces, along with exposure to outdoor conditions and hazards.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in electrical skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to perform terminations up to 1500V ac and dc
- Safe use of hand & power tools
- Must comply with drug and alcohol policy
- Ability to pass physical examination
Additional Requirements
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to health or safety in the workplace
- Must be clean shaven and able to work while wearing a respirator and other personal protective equipment
