Skills include keyboarding at 40 wpm, accurate data entry, proficient PC use, Microsoft Word, strong customer service and telephone etiquette, and knowledge of insurance terminology. The role is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
