Job Summary
Rates Supervisor at North Bay Regional Center oversees rate reform implementation, coordinates rate changes, and supervises Rate Specialist, Rate Coordinator, and a Client Services Assistant. Responsibilities include managing NBRC’s rate functions within the Uniform Fiscal System (UFS), ensuring compliance with DDS regulations and audits, collaborating with the fiscal department to resolve rate or billing issues, and providing leadership through performance evaluations and staff development. The role requires project management, complex policy interpretation, vendor liaison and training, and strong data and reporting skills, with a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement possible and a primary on-site presence in Napa, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, business administration or related field
- at least 5 years’ relevant regional center experience
- knowledge of regional center rate structures and rate reform
- understanding of CPT/HCPC and their relation to rates
- ability to supervise and train staff
- strong English language skills (writing, spelling, grammar, etc.)
- familiarity with auditing processes and vendor management
- bilingual Spanish/English preferred
