Job Summary

Lead a global engineering organization and drive the multi-year modernization of Rates and Credit fixed-income front-office technology. Architect and build real-time, high-performance applications supporting trading workflows while embedding AI across the engineering lifecycle. Define pricing platform strategy, modernize legacy infrastructure to distributed cloud-native architectures, and ensure operational resilience through proactive monitoring. Partner with senior business and quantitative stakeholders to shape priorities and deliver scalable, resilient solutions aligned to business goals. Manage team development, foster a high-performance culture, and coach future technical leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience building and steering high-performing engineering organisations across multiple regions
  • Strong knowledge of pricing engines, analytics frameworks, and distributed compute architectures within front-office environments
  • Deep understanding of Rates, Credit, bond pricing, market data, and trading workflows
  • Experience designing low-latency, scalable, event-driven platforms supporting compute-intensive workloads
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technical challenges into business outcomes
  • Proven track record modernising business-critical platforms and driving adoption of modern engineering practices and technologies
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
