Full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in a physician-owned, physician-led multispecialty group in Green Bay, WI. Opportunity to share in ownership across a network including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care, and multispecialty clinics. Highly competitive compensation starting at $400K+ with unlimited earning potential tied to clinical productivity; ownership in a hospital and influence on practice decisions. Robot-assisted surgical options and comprehensive support from HR, billing, recruitment, and management. Nurse practitioners handle pre-op and post-op to maximize surgical time.
