Job Summary
Rare Disease Specialist in Pennsylvania responsible for driving the commercial launch and sales initiatives for Soleno’s DCCR in Prader-Willi syndrome. Build market development by engaging with caregivers and medical specialists, develop territory strategies, conduct regular field visits, and educate providers across neurology, endocrinology, and psychiatry. Identify and enroll patients in treatment programs, segment clinics, and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, office staff, caregivers, and families. Monitor territory dynamics, report on performance and competitive insights, collaborate across commercial departments, and travel up to 60% to support launch and ongoing market development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in rare genetic disease or specialty sales is highly preferred
- A drive to serve the PWS community and a demonstrated compassionate approach to patient care and provider awareness
- Ability to travel 60% of the time
