Job Summary
Engage healthcare professionals across pediatric endocrinology, adult endocrinology, psychiatry, and primary care to drive market development and execute a territory strategy for Vykat XR. Conduct field visits to identify new and existing patients for treatment enrollment while building trust with caregivers and families managing Prader-Willi syndrome. Segment clinics, gather insights, and report on territory-level dynamics, competitive activity, and performance metrics to refine tactics and meet quarterly targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Patient Services and Medical Affairs to align on sales strategies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to travel 60% of the time
- A drive to serve the PWS community and a demonstrated compassionate approach to patient care and provider awareness
- Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- A background in nursing, social worker, nutrition (as a registered dietitian), or a related field with rare disease experience
- Previous launch experience
- Prior experience in rare genetic disease or specialty sales
- Compliance and regulatory training background
- Experience in pediatric endocrinology or diabetes
