Rare Disease Business Manager, Gattex

Rare Disease Business Manager in Manhattan territory within Takeda's Gastroenterology Rare Disease Sales Team. Drive product demand by meeting with targeted HCPs and staff across specialty medical practices and clinics, using a consultative selling approach to communicate disease/brand information and implement the marketing plan. Manage territory with budget accountability, analyze local trends to set short- and long-term goals, and collaborate across Patient Services, Specialty Infusion Pharmacies, and Managed Markets. Maintain CRM documentation, share best practices, and participate in regional/national meetings. Requires strong clinical and business acumen, ability to articulate therapeutic strategies to decision-makers, and proficiency in verbal and written communication. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of selling experience (or 2+ years at Takeda), willingness to travel, and valid driver's license. The position is based in the USA (NY/Virtual) with a full-time exempt status and eligibility for sales incentives, benefits, and training; compensation range is $66.11-$90.91 hourly equivalent (annualized) with details provided in location section.
