Job Summary
Own national cross-functional field integration across all customer-facing colleagues, serving as the single senior point of integration for every customer-facing colleague role that touches the amyloid business. Set and own the Top 25 account strategy by establishing the planning framework for the Top 25 amyloid accounts with the greatest franchise impact. Design and run the cross-functional operating rhythm by establishing the cadence, shared account view, governance forums, and quarterly business reviews across Marketing, CEP, Patient Solutions, and Medical. Identify regional, area, and local opportunities that drive business impact by surfacing emerging centers of diagnosis, under-penetrated geographies, and referral pathways. Serve as the senior strategic integrator across functions to help resolve competing priorities within cross-functional governance and firewalls. Define and elevate the HCP insight agenda by translating real-world insight from priority physicians and institutions into a clear point of view. Drive competitive response coordination in priority accounts by synthesizing and acting on competitive learning quickly. This mission-critical, highly visible role unifies how Pfizer engages those that shape the ATTR-CM market, requiring a 12-18 month secondment with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Vyndamax and/or Rare Cardiac commercial experience
- direct familiarity with the ATTR-CM landscape
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience
- Commercial leadership experience
- direct people leadership
- demonstrated track record of driving enterprise-level results across teams
- Deep experience integrating and leading across customer-facing roles — Sales, Key Account / IDN management, field access, and Field Medical — in a specialty or rare-disease setting
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks), and complex key accounts
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Field commercial, medical or field access exposure
- strong command of ATTR-CM medical literature and the amyloid / heart-failure clinical landscape
- Advanced degree in a medical, scientific, or health-related field
