Job Summary

Lead patient journey management and reimbursement strategy for consented patients across the Northwest territory. Conduct needs assessments to resolve coverage, affordability, and logistical barriers while coordinating care continuity with providers and sites. Act as a field-based expert on prior authorization, step edits, and payer policies to drive access resolution and workflow optimization. Deliver compliant education on financial assistance and enrollment processes to healthcare providers. Develop account-level access strategies and provide actionable insights on payer trends to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Patient Solutions teams to execute patient-centric approaches. Requires 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, 9 with a Masters or BSN/Rph, and 1+ years in Access/Reimbursement support. Non-standard schedule with 30% travel and overnight requirements. Base salary $139,100–$231,900 plus performance bonus and equity.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical (or related) experience in customer-facing roles/functions
  • 9 with Masters, BSN or Rph
  • 1+ years in Access and Reimbursement support role
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Specialty Pharma experience
  • Reimbursement and Access experience is a must
  • Valid US driver's license
  • driving record in compliance with company standards
  • No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years
  • Must live within the geography, or within 25 miles or closer to territory boundaries
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship (such as TN, O-1, H-1B, etc.) is not available for this role now or in the future
  • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • experience in the Cardiology sector is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs, and knowledge of the Specialty policy dynamics that exist in the Rare Disease Community
  • Experience demonstrating exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • strategic planning and success in implementation of plans
  • demonstrated leadership and success at working across internal boundaries
  • ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to coordinate various unique objectives
  • demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to strict company compliance guidelines and procedures

  • Training in and experience in responsible business communication both written and spoken
