Job Summary
Setup and control new tools and processes to sustain quality, yield, and cost metrics. Investigate process excursions, identify root causes, and evaluate corrective actions. Write, review, and analyze reports to support cross-functional decisions. Create, modify, and update controlled documents including SOPs, OCAPs, and FMEA. Propose technical solutions, execute Design of Experiments, and implement process changes to improve operational efficiency. Support new product transfers to accelerate high-volume manufacturing. Train and mentor new hires and technicians to elevate technical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience as process engineer, process owner, process integration engineer
- Foundational knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process flows
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)/Reaction Mechanism (RM)
- Fault Detection and Classification (FDC)
- Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills to solve complex engineering problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Rapid Thermal Processes (RTA, RTO, RTN, RTH)
- Proficiency in SiView, Klarity, JMP and E3
