Rapid Response RN - Weekender at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO. The Critical Care Nurse Navigator coordinates with physicians, pharmacists, ancillary and case management teams to support critical care across Emergency Department, medical, surgical, and cardiac floors, acting as a liaison to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include triage and coordination of patients, collaboration with nursing staff and intensivists, leadership and mentorship within the ICU team, and promotion of evidence-based practice. Requires RN licensure (state or compact) and Basic Life Support certification; education must include an Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
