Rapid Response Nurse

Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms or condition changes, including MEWS alert notifications. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient status. Make periodic daily rounds to inpatient clinical areas and modify treatment plans based on patient responses. Provide educational opportunities to meet continuing education requirements and assist with examinations or treatments. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition. This role supports the Rapid Response Team's mission to provide assessment, early intervention, and stabilization to prevent clinical deterioration. You will work at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a comprehensive 740+ bed facility affiliated with TriStar Health, offering extensive medical, surgical, and specialized care programs.
