Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse - Nights

Respond to emergency situations including Code Blue, Code White, and CAT events while serving as a clinical resource for staff performing unfamiliar procedures. Provide direct patient care activities involving assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards of nursing care. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work nights from 7:15 PM to 6:45 AM in a Magnet-recognized organization offering full medical and surgical services.
