Job Summary
Rapid Response Clinician I provides rapid assessment and therapeutic services for youth and families in crisis, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy across settings (in-home, community, office, and telemedicine). Responsibilities include coordinating with DHS, probation, courts, and other systems, bridging gaps during transitions, and promoting safety and stability for youth within the family unit while linking families to local resources. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related clinical field, DORA licensure progression, experience with trauma-focused interventions, ability to work across in-person, telehealth, and community-based modalities, travel within the Denver metro area, and strong collaboration and supervision-seeking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related clinical degree and ability to register through DORA working towards clinical licensure
- Experience working with children, youth, and families who have experienced trauma and/or mental and behavioral health symptoms
- Experience in residential, community-based outpatient, and child-centered interventions (e.g., play therapy)
- Experience delivering services in community, in-office, and via telehealth; home-based family services and family engagement
- A valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record; access to a personal vehicle
- Background checks clearance and ability to travel in Denver metro area as needed
- Willingness to engage in on-call rotation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a high-acuity environment
- Professionalism in collaboration with internal staff and external partners
- Commitment to continued professional development and licensure support
- Must be motivated, independent, creative, and strengths-based
