Job Summary
Rapid Response Care Assistant required to deliver complex care in a fast-paced, on-call environment within a 100-mile travel radius. You will support patients with ventilation, tracheostomy, seizure management and stoma care, receive full training and clinical support, and work across varied packages on an on-call rota. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. DBS check provided free of charge. Location: Croydon area (Orpington). Expect dynamic days with travel, shifts including days and nights, and opportunities for career progression within Advantage Healthcare / CCH.
