Job Summary
Rapid Response Care Assistant responsible for delivering complex care, including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, seizure management and stoma care, across a 100-mile radius on an on-call rota. Role involves continuous training and clinical support, providing high-quality care to clients and adapting to varied daily challenges. Requires full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle; on-site in Sutton area with emphasis on bringing care professionals to those in need and developing skills through a structured induction and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview.
- Experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care and peg feeding.
- Driver required: full UK licence and access to own vehicle
