Job Summary
Rapid Response Care Assistant role offering up to £19/hour with days/nights on a rota, in-person in Croydon. You’ll receive full training and clinical support while developing skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Travel to packages within a 100-mile radius and an on-call rota are required, with roles focused on improving clients’ quality of life. Requires previous complex care/rapid response experience; DBS application is covered; opportunities for career growth and relocation within CCH are highlighted.
