Rapid Response Care Assistant sought to deliver personalized home-based care to clients with complex needs (e.g., spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries) within a 100-mile travel radius. The role includes on-call shifts, full training with clinical support in areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management, and maintaining accurate care records in line with regulatory requirements. Travel to client locations within the specified radius is required, with a focus on delivering timely, compassionate care in clients' homes and communities.
