Rapid Response Care Assistant

Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including support for spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, while traveling to locations within a 100-mile radius. Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory requirements and work on an on-call rota to ensure timely support. Receive continuous clinical training to refine skills in specialist areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
