Job Summary
Assisting clients with personal and practical care; supporting independence and social involvement; maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times; reporting any issues or changes to the manager. Requires compassion, patience, and empathy, dependable with a strong commitment to high‐quality care, and great communication with clients and support team. Training and development offered; QQI Level 5 care modules and a current Patient Moving & Handling certificate are required; international police clearance may apply; driving with access to a car is preferred due to locations. Position available in County Cavan, Ireland; pay in the €16.50–€17.00 per hour range, with guaranteed hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) (required)
- Up-to-date Patient Moving & Handling certificate
- International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Drivers with access to own car due to locations
