Job Summary
The Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager will coordinate housing and supportive services for survivors of domestic violence and their children, assist in developing housing plans, and maintain relationships with landlords and housing providers.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as child abuse and neglect and human trafficking.
- Successful experience working with and navigating housing programs.
- Knowledge of WI landlord/tenant laws.
- Experience with Coordinated Entry or similar prioritization lists.
- Strong crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
- Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's license and proof of insurance.
