Job Summary
Rapid Deployment Representative skilled in ophthalmology/eye-care sales, responsible for disease-state education, launching and growing XDEMVY, and leading pull-through strategies across deployed territories. Will build relationships with eye care customers and Territory Leader Peers, maximize managed care opportunities, understand office treatment patterns, and provide feedback to leadership. Requires high travel, cross-functional collaboration with district leaders, marketing, market access, and medical affairs; offers an opportunity to develop leadership within a biopharma sales team and drive measurable performance across geography.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business-to-business sales
- Willingness to travel and stay at locations for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
