Job Summary
Conduct evening shuttle runs from Box Elder, South Dakota, to Chadron, Nebraska, and back, moving con gear and connecting trailers with Kearney drivers. Perform morning route deliveries starting at 5am, picking up packed trailers, scanning tickets, and developing relationships with repeat customers for food service distributors. Lift up to 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally, or exert force to connect trailers 2-4 times daily. Work 30 hours per week on a Mon-Fri schedule, with routes generally starting at 10pm and ending at 5am. Requires a current Class A CDL or ability to obtain within three months, including a doubles endorsement for shuttle positions. Join a growing team focused on relationships with Cash-Wa Distributing.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old
- Current Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Have a good driving record
- Doubles endorsement (shuttle positions)
- High school or equivalent

- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
- Exertion necessary to connect the Con Gear 2-4 times per day in a wide variety of conditions
- Ability to climb in/out of trucks
- Attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets
- Working with the customer on where to place their products
- Getting required signatures
- Developing relationships with these repeat customers
